5S

We are happy to bring to your home

the 5S methodology, a workplace organization

method originating from Japan,

focused on creating a clean, efficient, and

organized environment.

The term "5S" refers to five Japanese words

 - Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke -

that translated represent the

core principles of this system:

Sort, Set in Order, Shine,

Standardize, and Sustain.

Here's a breakdown of each step:

Sort (Seiri):

This involves separating necessary items from

unnecessary ones and removing the latter,

reducing clutter and waste.

Set in Order (Seiton):

Once unnecessary items are removed,

this step focuses on arranging the remaining

items in a logical and efficient manner,

making them easy to find and use.

Shine (Seiso):

This step involves cleaning the space

thoroughly and regularly to maintain

a clean and organized environment.

Standardize (Seiketsu):

This step establishes clear guidelines for

maintaining the first three steps,

ensuring consistency and preventing

a return to a disorganized state.

Sustain (Shitsuke):

This final step focuses on making

the 5S practices a habit,

ensuring long-term success

and continuous improvement.
